Vintage Omega restored to perfection. Only OEM parts. Took some time but worth the wait. Was pitted, scratched, well-worn, and needed serious love. Have another vintage Omega with them now. Unfortunately I did not think to have a before pic, but the after is beyond expectations.

Basch’s is overall great, but Mary has helped us with our engagement/wedding ring process and she is PHENOMENAL! Mary helped my **fiancé** and I build my dream engagement ring, his wedding band and my wedding band is soon to come. She has been very genuine and personable, and so much fun to work with. My ring is absolutely perfect, I can’t stop looking at it. I highly recommend this small business, and I’m excited to continue working with Mary on our wedding rings 😄

What a pleasure to have found a business with such remarkable people. Friendly, funny, (Mary) and knowledgeable. I brought in a 40 year old watch that I was told was unrepairable. Evidently, they didn't know Norm. To my astonishment, Norm was able to bring it back to life. Amazing! So glad I stumbled on Basch's Moment In Time, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

I brought my old Rolex watch in for repair because the crystal popped out after the watch was dropped from a counter onto the floor. My watch was originally purchased in 1984 with a black dial face and a smooth bezel. About 20 years ago I had the dial face changed to grey and a white gold machined bezel and sapphire crystal added to the watch. In the interim, I have had two overhauls in the watch and never had a water resistance issue. However, I understand that most Rolex watchmakers are leery of working on modified watches and that Rolex factory repair people are prohibited from doing so. Therefore, it was unsurprising that the master watchmaker at this store who has a stellar reputation also wanted to return the watch to its original configuration just as the factory would have. What was surprising and quite amazing is that when I declined the overhaul and the repair was that they watch was returned to me with the crystal reset in its place. And even more amazing was that this was done without charge. I have to say I feel somewhat guilty about this. I will certainly remember this amazing level of customer service and make this both my go-to jeweler when I’m in the market for anything they sell AND recommend to anyone I can that they patronize this business. In today’s day and age in which customer service is a rare commodity, this business stands out as a wonderful exception!!

I brought some vintage watches in for service. Probably the first time they've been serviced in more than 60 years. I could not be happier with the results. They looked good coming in but they look great and run great now!

Just picked up my third repair job from Basch’s and again it’s perfect. They changed a battery on a newer Longines watch after another local jeweler scratched up the back trying to remove it. They had no issue and did it quickly. They also fitted a vintage Rolex with a new band, and also repaired the crystal, cleaned, and serviced a vintage Bulova for me. It looked like a new watch when I picked it up, just beautiful! On top of that the staff is just a delight. Great people, great work, very highly recommend!
